WTC-222.004A: TOWER 1 PUBLIC SAFETY RADIO ROOM

The work consists generally of the fit-out of a Radio Room, including Architectural, Mechanical/HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Protection work, as well as communication cabling and antenna mounts on building rooftop antenna farm, weatherproof cable entry, antenna cables in cable shaft, and related work at One World Trade Center.

JFK 944.805: REPLACEMENT OF SWITCH HOUSE 1 EMERGENCY GENERATOR

Furnishing and installing a 12kv emergency generator including removal and disposal of the existing emergency generator, underground fuel storage tank, interconnecting fuel piping and appurtenances; furnishing and installing an above-ground fuel storage tank, electrical load bank, and switchgear on an elevated platform and related work at John F. Kennedy International Airport, Queens, New York.

JFK 144.023: AIR OPERATIONS AREA CIRCUIT REPLACEMENT

The scope of the work is included but is not limited to the replacement of 5KV cables, transformers, connector kits, and light base can bolts, installation of duct banks, and cleaning of electrical conduits, and manholes.

LGA 124.260: REHABILITATION OF RUNWAY 4-22 & ASSOCIATED TAXIWAYS

The work that we have performed on this project includes removal of an existing/old runway and taxiway lighting system, furnishing and installing runway lights, taxiway lights, hold bar lights, and guard lights. Other work includes installing all signs, wiring, splicing, grounding, furnishing, and installing all 2’’PVC conduits for lights and drain.

WTC 500.001: SITEWIDE SYSTEMS INTEGRATION

The scope of the work is included but is not limited to, performing site-wide systems integration including furnishing, installing, and configuring hardware and software necessary to implement site-wide systems integration with multiple stakeholders. The stakeholders involved in the sitewide system that can benefit are fire alarm interfaces, fire command consoles, intercom systems, and others. This job consists of work being done at the World Trade Center site including public areas and back of house areas of Towers 1, 2, 3, 4, transformation hub, and the oculus.

WTC 194.010: CCTV AND ACCESS CONTROL ENHANCEMENTS AND EXPANSION

The scope of work consists of furnishing, installing, programming, and integrating video surveillance camera systems. In addition, this job consists of installing CCTV cameras, conduits, cables, and wiring in the oculus and other areas in the World Trade Center.

RUNWAY 6-24 REHABILITATION MACARTHUR AIRPORT

The scope consists of replacing light fixtures and base cans in the pavement, replacing elevated light fixtures and base cans, electrical repairs, and other related work.

WTC 774.235 VSC / WTC 744.280 VRN

WTC 744.280 VRN includes furnishing, installing, testing, and completing radio materials. This includes all radio cables, hangers, cabling, antennas, couplers, and junction boxes.
WTC 774.235 VSC includes furnishing all materials related to the radio fire command, furnishing all materials related to the dispatch panel, and furnishing all system testing, technical support, and commissioning.

JFK 104.002: RUNWAY 4L-22R RSA COMPLIANCE/RUNWAY RECONSTRUCTION

The scope of work included in this job was furnishing all labor, material, tools, and equipment to perform all electric work. Work was completed on the JFK Airport runways, taxiways, threshold, hold bars, status and guard lighting systems, lights, and cans. Bel-Air Electric was responsible for the removal of cores from cored holes, sealing of cans, duct bank systems, conduits for lights and drains, runway sensors, conduits, fittings, connectors, clamps, and other work that was essential.
